You can make a copy of the project and open it in v6 and then remove the pages you do not want.

If the 64bit version does not start then your system probably needs the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components.

I'm sorry, I do not have a standard solution for this. You will need a third party script for this, usually this needs to be installed on the server.

You do not have to rebuild your website. You can open your existing projects and continue to work on them.
This was also the case with previous versions.

On the server (with help from your webhost), you can configure that both (sub) domains use the same root. does QnE v6 make two copies and send one to the server / host as a www and one as a plain https:// so that both display.
