Strange Error 13
Trying to publish "HTML only" produces the following error : https://nmaa-rc.org.au/error13.jpg
It publishes the HTML page OK
I can also execute "Publish changed elements" and "Publish all" without any problem
Any suggestion?
Cheers

Re: Strange Error 13
I have not seen this before, but this is most likely a permissions related issue.
It is difficult to say anything meaningful about this without knowing your exact configuration.

Re: Strange Error 13
Well, my wonder is
1) why, I get no error to publish only html in other pages
2) why would html only have anything to do the the images folder?
To me, looks like the page is corrupt, and it is my home page....
I wonder?
Thanks

To be able to help you I need to know all your settings and the steps to reproduce this behavior.

Re: Strange Error 13
I am not clear
1) It works fine on ALL the other pages of this website
2) What setting? It used to work OK until a few days ago
One extra detail, I reinstalled QEWB and forgot to download an extension that the page was using, it seems maybe that screwed up the html code in the page
The website is here : https://nmaa-rc.org.au - use 61178 to login - the problem is the home page : nmaahome.php
Thanks

Re: Strange Error 13
I do not think it's problem on the server, I think it's a local problem.
If it previously worked then maybe the permissions of the files of folder has changed?
Maybe your temporary folder is full or corrupt? This is where the file will be temporarily stored before they are uploaded.
Do you have a backup of the project file from a few days ago? Does this still work?

Re: Strange Error 13
I don't know how long ago the problem started, I have an automatic daily back for 7 days, each Monday - overrides the previous Monday
But, despite this error - the upload works - please see the result: https://nmaa-rc.org.au/publish.jpg
So, what is it you think?
Thanks

Re: Strange Error 13
I'm sorry, I do not know what the error means, I have not seen this before.
The only way that I can help you with this, is if you describe the exact steps to reproduce this behavior.
Did you try to clean the temporary folder of your system?

Re: Strange Error 13
No, where is that folder in QEWB?
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Strange Error 13
This is a system folder.
You can see the exact location if you preview the website locally in the browser's addressbar

Re: Strange Error 13
OK, found the folder, nothing in it special, very few files that the system didn't allow me to delete
I am sure that the page html is damaged
Cheers

Re: Strange Error 13
The error seems to indicates that there is a problem with the folder, not the HTML file.
Did you clean /tmp/~publish ?
Or maybe one of the files in the folder 'mypicture' is read-only or in another way protected?

If my pictures was protected, why when publishing the page, it uploads without any problem?
I will check the other items you suggested
Thanks again

Re: Strange Error 13
The (system) error seems to suggest that something is wrong with the folder. If my pictures was protected, why when publishing the page, it uploads without any problem?
Every time you publish the website, the software will generate the pages in the temporary folder before the files are upload to the server.
If for some reason this folder became corrupt or protected, then the software cannot create the files (or folder) and therefor the system may show an error.
Re: Strange Error 13
You mean, the TMP folder on my machine?
I will research how to delete it.
My wonder remains,
The process you describe, must happen, when
1. I do a complete publishing of the page
2. When I publish things that changed on the page
3. When I do only html publishing
So, with that said, is the TMP folder corrupt only in the 3rd case? How come?
And, how come I can publish only html on all other pages of this project?
