Conveyer Belt ext

Post by michling » Wed Feb 07, 2018 5:55 pm

I know, you don't support some of the external extentions. Maybe the author of Conveyer Belt is watching.
When selecting an image and setting a link to a website to open in a NEW window or tab, it seems to open ONLY in the same tab and window?
At least this is the way it happens in Safari...

Thanks for the bandwidth.

The behavior of the 'target' is controlled by the browser. The user determines how new pages will open, so this behavior my be different for each computer.

As you can see in this excerpt of the object html, there is no target added to the links.

<div id="Extension1" style="position:absolute;overflow:hidden;">
<div id="ConveyerBeltScroller" style="white-space:nowrap;overflow:hidden;height:100%;width:100%;">
<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
<tr>
<td id="ConveyerBelt_id1" height="$HEIGHT$px" valign="top" align="center">
<a href="http://posturecompanystudio.com" ><img border="0" src="./images/postureCompanyStudio_TN.png" alt="Posture Company Studio" hspace="2" ></img>
</a>
<a href="http://alignabod.com" ><img border="0" src="./images/alignabod_TN.png" alt="Alignabod" hspace="2" ></img>
</a>
<a href="http://karenmeyers.com" ><img border="0" src="./images/KarenMeyers_TN.png" alt="Karen Meyers Real Estate" hspace="2" ></img>
</a>
<a href="http://darringtonpark.com" ><img border="0" src="./images/darringtonPark_TN.png" alt="Darrington Park El Paso Texas" hspace="2" ></img>
</a>

Unlike this link using QEWB:
<a href="http://sholiday.com" target="_blank"><img src="images/200964_222252.jpg" id="Image4" alt=""></a>

Just my observation...

Thanks for your response .

You are right, the extension has not implemented this functionality.
I will try to add it in a future update.
