But, where in the web site should it go? - is it the home page for the entire site? IF so, where in that page?

I see there a scrip... very long. But I only want to setup the box dimenssions...

The software will automatically add these scripts to your website when you select prettyPhoto. There is no need to manually add the scripts yourself.

I cannot tell you the exact code for Pretty Photo, for me, that may also take a few hours to figure out.

This is not related to the software. PrettyPhoto is a third party script.
It is included to make it easier to add it to your website. However, I cannot give support on the behavior of the script because I have no control over that.

All lightboxes can be configured, but each lighbox works different. So, they all have different settings.
The included lightboxes were added on request of other users, so I have included the basic configuration.
If you need more advanced option then you will have to read the documentation of the specific lightbox.
