QnEWB crashes

Hi,
I'm unable to launch the 8.0.2 version: it crashes before I can see the QnEWB screen !
I'm using a MacBook Pro with Big Sur.
Have you already met this problem?

to be able to continue to work, I've re-downloaded the 7.0.4 version.
This version is OK with my configuration ( MacBook Pro and Big Sur ) !
Can you understand it ?

There are no known issues with version 8.0.2 It has be optimized to run on Big Sur.
Maybe the software is blocked by your firewall or virus scanner (or gate keeper)?

I get repeated crashes with Version 7.4.1 & 8.0.2 on Big Sur on iMac.
No issues on previous Mac OS, I'd assumed it was Big Sur issues.

What are the exact steps to reproduce this behavior?
I need more information to be able to say anything meaningful about this.

Hi Pablo.
Apparently your remark makes sense: the gate keeper was the problem.
I'm able now to work with the version 8.0.2 ! Great!
