Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 10.1.0 update

This is the first major update for Quick 'n Easy Web Builder 10. This version fixes known problems, adds new features and other improvements.

What's new?
- New feature: Added text alignment property to Select/Combobox.
- New feature: Added support for box shadow to YouTube, Vimeo and HTML video.
- New feature: Added 20 polymorphic shapes (blobs) to the Shape object.
- Improved: Form email list (via combobox) can now also be used in nested layout grids.
- Improved: Responsive font-size for Horizontal Line.
- Improved: Updated plyr.js to version 3.7.8
- Improved: Added Formspree form template. Removed www.formbuddy.com and www.mailmyform.com form templates, because these services no longer exists.
- Improved: Workaround for Lighthouse "Skipped heading level" message in News Feed Ticker.
- Improved: The handling of font weights in Google Fonts has been updated for styles.
- Improved: Card Container no longer uses jQuery for coverflow, stack, cube and flip. The scripts have been redesigned to use standard JavaScript only, resulting in smaller output.
- Fixed: Issue with bcrypt password verification of Login admin.
- Fixed: Issue with button alignment property in Dialog.
- Fixed: Issue with flex container margin in floating layout.
- Fixed: Issue with border radius in Sections.
- Fixed: Issue with File Upload button border-radius.
