You cannot just copy this code to an HTML object, this will make the entire page invalid because you will end up with a duplicated page structure (body/header etc)
The best way to include an external page (in a different file) is by using an inline frame.

1. This functionality has not changed. This feature did not (intentionally) exist in previous versions.
2. Also, this behavior has not changed. There was never an option to re-open the project.

You can make a copy of the project and open it in v6 and then remove the pages you do not want.

If the 64bit version does not start then your system probably needs the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages install run-time components.

I'm sorry, I do not have a standard solution for this. You will need a third party script for this, usually this needs to be installed on the server.
