I am trying to connect to my site's ftp server and get the following error in QNE

FTP Connection Error:

Please verify the server address, username and password.
Also check that your firewall allows ….

But, I have the same exact setup in FileZilla to the same site and it works just fine

It muct be something I didn't setup in QWB, but what?

The configuration depends on your web host, so only your host can tell you exact settings.
But just like in WWB you can configure SFTP via the publish settings.

I want to use SFTP, the site is now https:// so it should be available.

In the publish settings you can configure Secure FTP:
• FTP with TLS/SSL (Port 990 - Implicit)
• FTP with TLS/SSL (AUTH TLS - Explicit)

Are you sure the settings are correct?
It does not look like this is a secure ftp server.
For me, only standard FTP works for this address.

Note that this can only be a configuration issue.

For Secure FTP these are no the right settings. There is no secure server at the specified address on port 22.
Maybe you will need to use FTP with TLS/SSL?
Only your webhost can tell your the correct settings.

I got an answer from my Host company provider:

• I'm sorry to say that we do not support SFTP on our shared servers. You will not able to access SFTP for his domain.
