Highslide PDF Display

Using this oobject here : https://ourvilla.net.au/page2.html

Works OK on my desktop (Linux) but on a Tablet / Phone (Android) it prompts me to download the pdf, instead of showing it.
In either case, I am using a Chrome broser.

Is there anything I can do about it?

I do not think you can do anything about this. This is a browser preference.
