QNEWB and shopping carts
So disappointed that I cant upgrade to QuicknEasyWebBuilder version 9, as all my Macs are stuck on High Sierra. It seems that v9 demands I be on 10.14. Is there any way v9 can operate on MacOSv10.13?
Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
And back too the subject, my apologies:
are there any of the Shopping Carts that can be used on QnEWB v8?
Thanks

Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
I'm sorry, but the new features could not have been implemented without upgrading the Mac version.
But maybe this will be helpful?

Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
Oh, yes indeed. Ecwid looks on surface a good way to go.
Ive got it installed, very straight forward. Even I could do it in a short time.
Now all I need is the time to add products . . . (if only there was an App for that (making more time)!)

Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
In the meantime, I have made some changes to the Mac version.
Maybe you can try if it now also works for you?

Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
It has opened up in OS10.13. I'm delighted and shall do a quick page change, upload that and let you know if it works Ok.
I don't use all the bells & whistles", or even a fraction of thumbnut am happy to be a test bed to try these out.
As we say in Yorkshire -
"Every day is a school day!"
thanks

Re: QNEWB and shopping carts
A useful way to get simple advice from customers via the PayPal buttons is to leave the Item ID blank, which then shows up to the customers as a blank box called 'Description'. Simply advise clients to add things like, "Large Blue" for example in there and it comes thru fine.
Seems to be working for me anyway, so far. Thats using QnEWB v9, on an old 10.3 OS computer.
