Is it vital to add the 'dot-html' suffix at the end of a URL every time we give it, to enable browsers to go straight to a specific page in a multi-page site? It just makes URL's so big and ugly. It would be preferable to omit that suffice and just do, for example:
(domain).com/store
etc.
URL suffixes necessary?

Re: URL suffixes necessary?
It is necessary for the server otherwise the server will not know what to what type of file it is.
But you can configure .htaccess (on the server) to remove the extension.
This is unrelated to the software.
