Text block in default view edits perfectly. However, editing in 320px or 768px make the whole text block black and as the text is black this makes it impossible to see.
What am I missing?

Re: Edit Text Black Block
To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.qwb file) so I can see all your settings.
I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.
For further details about how to share a project file, please see this FAQ:

Attempting to edit text in other than default view leaves a black block and unseen text.

Re: Edit Text Black Block
The problem is related to thew background of the page in the breakpoint. It is undefined.
The background color is used during text editing.
Switch to the breakpoint and then set a valid background.
